HOW DO I VERIFY MY WEBCAST ATTENDANCE AND RECEIVE MY CLE CREDIT?

In order to receive CLE credit you must view the webcast on the scheduled date, during the scheduled time. Code Letters (numbered 1 – 4) will be shown during the webcast and on completion of the webcast you must fill in a Code Box with those letters in order to verify your attendance and receive your CLE Certificate. If you view only a portion of the webcast and do not enter all of the letters – you will receive a pro-rated amount of CLE credit based on the number of letters you enter (e.g. three letters provides 2.25 hours, two letters 1.5 hours, and 1 provides .75 hours.) A record of your attendance will be sent to the appropriate MCLE entity in your state and will also be kept by Periaktos Productions.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY CERTIFICATE AFTER A WEBCAST?

Once you have completed a webcast and submitted the Code Letters - your Certificate of Attendance is accessible through your account at any time.
         1.     Go to http://periaktos.bizvision.com.
         2.     Click Login.
       3.     Login with your email address and password.
         4.     Click on Credits Earned.
         5.     You will see the titles of all previous webcasts you have attended. By clicking on the title of the course, you will be taken to the certificate for that completed course and can save and/or print it. The Certificate is provided only for your own records. Since we report your attendance it is not necessary to send it to your MCLE entity.
